After an inquiry is received, our sale engineer will hold a discussion about customer requirements, leading to a proposal from the engineering department. A demonstration and conclusion are done, followed by a price quote from the sales department. A contract and invoice are drawn up, and after we receive customer payment, we allow customers to inspect their products before we ship them out. Once the food production line is shipped, installation and commissioning follow, as well as on-site training and 24/7 tech support.
To ensure our food production lines and food packaging lines run at the optimum production capacity, users must be properly trained in operation and maintenance of the equipment. At Xindaxin, we understand the importance of operator and maintenance training, and thus, offer both classroom and on-site training to teach factory personnel in safe operation to ensure consistent high quality products.
